On-site inspections & recording meters.
Our responsibility and work includes on-site inspections throughout the year, at least once a week, and additionally after bad weather conditions (storm, heavy rain, wind, etc.), as well as in case of any other irregularities if we notice them.Specifically:• Visiting and inspecting the house, min 1 time per week.• Control of exterior and interior spaces along the stretch.• Checking the garden.• Checking the pool.• Checking the water, electricity and security system.• Opening house windows.• Pulling the cisterns from all the toilets.• Swimming pool engine room inspection.• Activation of all air-conditioners and a few minutes of operation.
- When necessary, we will perform minor maintenance if not performed by other service providers.
Coordination, organization & supervision of services and repair works.
We will coordinate, organize and supervise maintenance services and repair work. We will contact with the relevant service or repair shop and take care of the maintenance or repair work until it is fully completed. For these works, we will inform you about their progress (mail/phone call).It is important that we will be present and supervise anyone entering the home at all times during these works.
Coordination of other services.
• Preparations of the property, the house and the terraces, for the period when you will not use the house. It includes setting up all machinery, electrical etc. in the corresponding "absence mode" and placing the items from the terrace / outside in the warehouse.
• Preparing for "presence mode" is the opposite. The house should be ready to accommodate you and you should be able to enjoy it.
• Service at your arrival and departure from Paros (Transportation to and from the port – airport, to bring you a car or take it from the port – airport.)
• Communication with public services (municipality, tax office etc) if it is necessary.
About the rental period of your the house, our management duties include:
Pick-up of guests from the airport/port on the day of arrival and drop-off on the day of departure.
• Check-in procedure and presentation of the functions of the house and its premises (in all cases).
• Check-out procedure and check for possible damages.
• Management and communication of the platforms on which your villa will be uploaded (airbnb, booking etc).
• Coordination of the cleaning crew of the house (in consultation with you about the manner and frequency of this).
• Coordination as required for flow support crews, e.g. swimming pool, garden.
• Resolving ad hoc functional house issues, e.g. coordination of repairs, internet, etc
• Support visitors in their ad hoc needs, e.g. bookings for restaurants, boats, etc.
